NBN Bill Passes Senate (Step 2 of 3)

You might remember a government course at University about the path of a bill in the Australian Federal Parliament...A representative from an electorate introduces a bill in the Lower House (House of Representatives) and it is voted on by the whole house, then the bill goes to the Upper House (Senate) for a vote and any amendments, then back to the Lower House (House of Representatives) for a final vote before it can become law.
