Australian market research company Roy Morgan has once again announced Aussie Broadband as the winner in the telecommunications category of its annual Trusted Brand Awards for 2026. This is the sixth time Aussie Broadband has won this award.

The Roy Morgan Trusted Brand Awards recognise brands that have reached "outstanding levels of trust" across 22 categories. Brands must also have low or negligible levels of distrust to beat others in their category.

The data for the Roy Morgan Trusted Brand Awards is collected over a 12-month period up to June 2026. The results are based on an ongoing survey run by a company that surveys between 1,500 to 2,000 Australians each month as to which brands they trust and disturst, and why.

Aussie Broadband Group CEO Brian Maher said he was proud of the win, and pointed to the work of the telco's staff.

"Trust is incredibly difficult to earn, and this achievement would not be possible without our staff whose hard work and dedication has helped build Aussie’s positive reputation," said Maher.

"Retaining trust year after year is no easy feat either, and we thank all our customers who have voted and supported us through Roy Morgan’s research as we strive to become The Telco People Love."
