Starlink has increased the price of its Residential and Roam plans by up to 11%. Its cheapest Residential now starts at an ongoing price of $75 per month, up from $69 per month, while its Roam Unlimited plan got a $15 increase, taking it to $210 per month.

Here's a look at the full list of price increases:

Plan Old price New price Change
Residential (100Mbps) $69$75 $6 increase
Residential (200Mbps) $99$110 $11 increase
Residential Max $139$150 $11 increase
Roam 100GB $80$85 $5 increase
Roam Unlimited $195$210$15 increase

The satellite internet provider also raised prices on its Roam plan's standby mode from $8.50 to $15 per month.

There are no other changes to plans or equipment fees. For Residential plans, the $549 RRP hardware kit is still a free rental.

This is the first time Starlink has increased plan prices since it launched in Australia.

In an email to customers, Starlink said, "Strong demand for Starlink reflects the value customers continue to see in the service. This adjustment supports ongoing improvements and investment in affordable, high-performance products and services as global operating costs continue to rise."

The prices took immediate effect for new customers. Existing Starlink customers won't see the plan price increase until their next billing cycle on or after June 18.

While ongoing prices are going up, in Australia, Starlink has still kept its four-month introductory pricing offer, currently on offer until June 1.

If you wanted to try a Residential Starlink plan, you'll save $26 per month for the first four months on its 100Mbps capped plan or save $31 per month for the first four months on the 200Mbps capped plan or Max plan.

Here's a look at Starlink's Residential plans:
