After many leaks and teases, Google has finally revealed the Pixel 11 family, featuring four new devices. The range consists of the Pixel 11, the Pixel 11 Pro, the Pixel 11 Pro XL, and the Pixel 11 Pro Fold. Unsurprisingly, pricing has increased across the board.
The Pixel 11 starts at $1,499 for a 256GB model, which is inline with what you'd pay for a 256GB Pixel 10 last year, but there's no cheaper 128GB option this time. The Pixel 11 Pro will set you back a minimum of $1,849 for a 256GB model. Once again, this is the same as you'd pay for a 256GB model last year, but there's no cheaper 128GB option this time.
Meanwhile, the Pixel 11 Pro XL and Pixel 11 Pro Fold start at $2,099 and $2,799, respectively, for 256GB models. In both cases, that's a $100 price hike when compared to last year's models. These phones didn't have 128GB options last year.
When it comes to the phones themselves, all four devices are powered by the new Tensor G6 chipset, which is naturally Google's fastest in-house processor yet. Every device gets a new primary camera, with a larger sensor size. Naturally, the biggest camera improvements have been reserved for the Pixel 11 Pro and 11 Pro XL, however. All three Pro phones, including the Fold, also benefit from HiLight, a take on a "notification light" on the back of the phone.
Before we go into the full details, pre-orders for all four phones start today ahead of an August 20 release date.
Despite the increased pricing, pre-ordering any Pixel 11 on a mobile plan can bring down the price.
Optus has some of the biggest discounts this time, offering $500 off the Pixel 11 and Pixel 11 Pro, and $1,000 off the Pixel 11 Pro XL and Pixel 11 Pro Fold. These discounts are applied across the length of your repayment term.
Vodafone is only ranging the standard Pixel 11 and the Pixel 11 Pro XL. If you pre-order the Pixel 11, you'll get a $500 discount, but if you pre-order the Pixel 11 Pro XL, Vodafone will throw in a free PlayStation 5 (Digital Edition) with a second controller.
And if you pre-order through Telstra, you'll save $400 on the Pixel 11, $650 off the Pixel 11 Pro and Pixel 11 Pro XL, and $600 off the Pixel 11 Pro Fold. If you trade in your old phone when picking up any of the devices, you'll get $400 extra credit.

There are a couple of hardware changes across the entire Pixel 11 family. To start, every new device is powered by Google's in-house Tensor G6 chipset. Google doesn't typically make a big deal about performance increases, and instead says the new processor delivers 25% faster web browsing and 15% faster app loading. The Tensor G6 also has a new Image Signal Processor for improved image and video quality.
All Pixel 11 devices now feature faster Qi2.2 wireless charging, up from Qi2 on all phones but the Pixel 10 Pro XL last year. In practice, this means faster 25W wireless charging speeds across the board. All the new phones still work with Pixelsnap, which is Google's take on iPhone's MagSafe.
There are also a couple of new camera features across the board. These include "Camera Looks", which allow you to customise the vibe of your photos with film emulations. There's also a "Creator Suite" which gives you an in-app teleprompter when filming video.
And lastly, all Pixel 11 devices have Gorilla Glass Victus 2 on the front and back, an IP68 water-resistance rating, and will receive seven years of major operating system and security updates. This is unchanged from last year's models.
When it comes to the individual phones, the standard Pixel 10's key change is an improved primary camera. While it is still a 48MP lens, Google says it has 56% more light sensitivity due to the increased sensor size. This is paired with a 13MP ultra-wide lens and a 10.8MP 5x zoom lens, which return from last year's device.

Cameras on the Pixel 11 Pro and Pixel 11 Pro XL also get an upgrade. The 50MP primary lens and 48MP 5x telephoto lens are both upgraded, which in turn should improve image quality. These are joined by a 48MP ultra-wide lens and a 42MP selfie camera.
Google says the new camera configuration is capable of taking Night Sight photos instantly, rather than needing to wait a few seconds on previous models.
The camera bar on the Pro phones features a new addition: HiLight. HiLight is a small orb in the camera bar that acts as a notification light. Contacts can be assigned custom colours to provide a visual cue for who is calling. HiLight is also on the Pixel 11 Pro Fold.
The last main change for the Pixel 11 Pro and Pixel 11 Pro XL is a brighter display with greater scratch resistance.

Last but not least is the Pixel 11 Pro Fold. Thanks to thinner bezels, the external display now has a 6.5-inch panel, up from 6.4-inch last year. The internal display still uses an 8-inch panel, but Google says it is three times more durable, and the back is "almost impossible" to crack.
Google has also re-engineered the hinge, which has in turn reduced the amount of display crease. Based on a brief hands-on, the crease isn't as hidden as on the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 or the OPPO Find N6.
The Pixel 11 Pro Fold has the same 48MP camera as the Pixel 11, a 10.5MP ultra-wide lens, and a 10.8MP telephoto lens.
Here's a complete rundown of how the Pixel 11 family compare in terms of hardware:

While artificial intelligence features have often been a large part of Pixel announcements, Google has been a bit more restrained this year. Gemini is better at handling "rambling" when you're speaking to it, and Google has expanded on Magic Cue's contextual awareness from last year.
When it comes to colours, the Pixel 11 is available in Frost, Obsidian, Hibiscus, and Pistachio. The Pixel 11 Pro and Pixel 11 Pro XL are available in a choice of Obsidian, Fog, Olive, and Canyon. And the Pixel 11 Pro Fold is available in Olive and Obsidian.
Alongside the Pixel 11 family, Google announced the Pixel Watch 5 and Pixel Tag.
The Pixel Watch 5 gets a new chipset, improved mapping for runs, and better Gemini support. Pricing starts at $649 for a 41mm, and pre-orders start today ahead of an August 20 release date.
Meanwhile, the Pixel Tag is ostensibly Google's take on an AirTag. Pricing starts at $49 for a single Pixel Tag, or $169 for a four-pack. These won't be available until November 11.
