Dodo customers now have the option of picking eSIM when signing up for one of the provider's mobile plans.
Existing Dodo customers will need to reach out to support if they wish to swap to an eSIM. New customers can choose between an eSIM and a physical SIM when signing up for a plan. Customers will need to request a fresh eSIM through a Dodo support channel to move their eSIM from one phone to another.
eSIM - an electronic SIM or embedded SIM - is a rewritable SIM card that’s built into a cellular device like a smartphone or smartwatch. Unlike a physical SIM, there's no need to pop open a slot or pry off a case to put it in; an eSIM never leaves your phone. Instead, you simply download a "software SIM" from your provider.

Dodo's adoption of eSIM means there are now only a few providers in the WhistleOut database without eSIM support. These include Dodo's sibling brand iPrimus, Coles Mobile, OnePass Mobile, and Pivotel.
