Apple has teamed up with Kim Kardashian again for some new Beats Studio Pro colourways. The partnership will see the Beats Studio Pro available in three new Kimspired shades: Moon, Dune, and Earth.
These tones are all minimalistic, seemingly designed to mimic skin. Moon is almost a pinkish white, Dune is tan, while Earth is a brown burgundy.
Other than new colours, the Kim K take on the Beats Studio Pro is identical to the models that launched in Australia just over a year ago. The Beats Studio Pro succeeded the Beats Studio 3, offering improved sound, noise-cancelling, and call quality.
One of the key advantages is their versatility. They work with iPhone and Android equally well.
While they don't feature the H1 or H2 chips featured in AirPods and select other Beats earbuds, they still have seamless pairing across any Apple device connected to the same iCloud account, Find My support, and Hey Siri. They also support personalised spatial audio.
On the Android front, the Beats Studio Pro support Google Fast Pair, Find My Device, and seamless audio switching. There's even a Beats app for adjusting settings, which isn't something Apple offers for anyone hoping to use AirPods with Android.
The Beats Studio Pro are also flexible in how you connect them to a device. There's your standard Bluetooth, a 3.5mm cable in the box, as well as a USB-C option. When using USB-C for audio, the Beats Studio Pro are able to handle lossless audio from streaming services like Apple Music and Tidal.
The Kim Kardashian Beat Studio Pro colourways are available from today for $529.95 - the same price as you'll pay for any of the original hues. You'll be able to get them from JB Hi-Fi.
