While we're busy sending our own NRL players over to Las Vegas this year to generate some buzz, the Yanks have already infiltrated our sporting culture with their own NFL teams.

So whether you're a Ravens or Rams supporter, you're likely wondering how you can watch the 2024 Super Bowl event without buying a ticket to the states. Keep reading this guide to touchdown on the right streaming service to fulfil all your American sporting needs.

Where to stream the 2024 Super Bowl in Australia

One of the only ways to stream the 2024 Super Bowl is on Kayo Sports. Kayo is known for having one of the widest selection of sports content so it's no surprise it has the rights to show the 2024 Super Bowl. If you don't currently have a subscription, here's how it's pricing works:

Inclusions Details
Kayo Sports
Kayo
  • Kayo Standard Plan
  • Over 15,000 hours of sport on-demand sport – new content daily
  • Min. cost $25 per month
  • Deal: 7-day free trial
Kayo Sports
Kayo
  • Kayo Premium Plan
  • Over 15,000 hours of sport on-demand sport – new content daily
  • Min. cost $40 per month
  • Deal: 7-day free trial

It's worth noting though that Kayo has just reinstated its seven-day free trial. So theoretically you could just sign up for the day, watch the event free of charge then cancel it.

And since Kayo has the rights to stream the 2024 Super Bowl so does Foxtel. However, you can expect to pay around $54 per month for Foxtel's coverage, by comparison.

When is the 2024 Super Bowl available to stream in Australia?

The 2024 Super Bowl event takes place in Las Vegas, Nevada on Sunday, February 11 2024 at 6:30pm ET.

So for us Aussies this works out to be Monday, February 12 2024 at 9:30am AEST or 10:30am AEDT the same day.

What is the 2024 Super Bowl about?

The 2024 Super Bowl is the US equivalent to Australia's NRL and AFL grand finals. This year it will be played at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada for the very first time so it's a pretty huge deal!

Currently the top tipped teams to play the event are the 49ers and the Ravens and, to the immense delight of ticket-holders, Usher will be headlining this year's half-time show event.

What is Kayo Sports?

Kayo Sports is a Foxtel-owned encyclopaedia of sporting content. It has everything from cricket to football to lacrosse and even extreme sports — if you can name it, Kayo probably has it.

Kayo also offers an abundance of handy features designed to enhance your viewing experience, including "SplitView" which allows you to watch multiple matches at the same time on the one screen, "Key Moments" which selects the best parts of each match and a "No Spoilers" feature designed to cleverly block scores from appearing in the menu as you browse.

How does Kayo Sports compare?

Kayo is the king of sports streaming for a reason. Its extensive library is unrivalled by any other sporting pay TV service and it comes at a more reasonable price than Foxtel's sports packages, which retail for around $54 per month.

In terms of its pricing, a Kayo subscription will set you back a minimum of $25 per month for one screen of SD/HD quality viewing. But to watch three screens simultaneously it will cost you $35 per month. For die-hard sports fanatics, however, we've found Kayo is well worth investing in for the long haul.
