26/6/2026: We fact-checked this guide and updated it with the latest information, which includes the removal of Hubbl's Stack & Save feature, the discontinued sales of the Hubbl Glass Smart TV, and an update on Foxtel's plans to wind down Hubbl.
Foxtel might be winding down on its big Hubbl hardware play but for now, the Hubbl Hub is still available to purchase, even if the Hubbl Glass Smart TV is not. Here's everything you need to know about the Hubbl hardware and ecosystem in Australia.
What is Hubbl?

Hubbl is a lot of things. As for its function, it can be described as an "all-in-one" entertainment platform bringing together your streaming apps and free-to-air TV apps together.
In terms of form, Hubbl is a standalone set-top box that can be used with any compatible TV. However, it also previously sold a full-blown smart TV called Hubbl Glass that came in two sizes and five fancy colourways, but that product has since been discontinued.
Hubbl is also the name of company previously known as Streamotion; the company that is officially behind streamers Binge and Kayo (and previously Flash and Lifestyle).
How much does Hubbl cost in Australia?
Here's how much the three Hubbl products cost:
| Name | Type | Colour | Price | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Hubbl | Set-top box | Black | $99 | |
| Hubbl Glass (55-inches) | All-in-one TV | Black, Blue, Green, Pink and White | $1,395 |
Not available

| Hubbl Glass (65-inches) | All-in-one TV | Black, Blue, Green, Pink and White | $1,595 |

Keep in mind: You can either choose the Hubbl set-top box to work with a compatible TV or an all-in
one Hubbl Glass. You don't need to purchase both the box and the Hubbl Glass.
Hubbl launched with a Stack & Save program that offered discounts for multiple services, however that perk was discontinued in November 2025.

Is Hubbl worth it?
One of Hubbl's key value propositions at launch was Stack & Save. Even before it was discontinued, Stack & Save offered short-term savings over 36 months. If you were to take advantage of the five eligible apps to get the full discount you'd basically recover the full cost of the $99 set-top box after seven months and then be getting a total credit of $435 over the remaining period. But now Hubbl doesn't even have that.
One comparable service that still exists is Optus SubHub. While it offers no hardware, it has a similar offer that lets you bundle three or more eligible services and save up to 10% off the total and even offers $10 to $20 monthly credit on select mobile and internet plan.
However, SubHub has no time limit on when those discounts end. It also has eligible apps beyond streaming services with options such as Microsoft 365, Kindle Unlimited and Spacetalk. One big con for SubHub is your access is dependent on being signed up for an eligible Optus phone or internet plan. Here's an example of the eligible mobile plans:

Where can I get Hubbl?
Customers can order the Hubbl Hub directly through the website. The Hubbl Hub is also available at Australian retailers JB Hi-Fi and Harvey Norman. The Hubbl Glass TV is no longer available for purchase.
What are the alternatives to Hubbl in Australia?
Hubbl is fairly unique in the Australian streaming space. In terms of saving on streaming through a bundle there's Optus SubHub. SubHub lets you bundle three or more eligible services together and save up to 10% off the total and even gives you a monthly credit between $10 and $20 on select Optus mobile and internet plans.
As far as set top boxes go Hubbl is similar to streaming devices like Apple TV 4K, Google TV Streamer, Chromecast and Amazon Fire TV devices which can all turn your "dumb TV' smart.
If you already have a smart TV or a set-top box, you don't need a Hubbl set-top box to access all your favourite streaming apps. Here are the prices for various streaming apps available in Australia:
