Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is big business now-a-days for fans of fisticuffs and limbs wrapped around throats for submissions. And while it's not overly difficult to find a UFC stream in Australia, there isn't a one-stop subscription that gets you everything (unlike NBA or NFL). Here's where to stream the various types of UFC fights and the latest events.
The Chimaev vs. Strickland UFC 328 event will be live-streamed on Sunday May 10 at 11AM AEDT.
Here's where you can watch the event:
- Kayo Sports: Pay-per-view only
- Foxtel: Pay-per-view only
- Paramount Plus: Main card event is pay-per-view only but the prelims are included in your usual subscription
Where can I stream the UFC?
There are multiple ways to watch UFC live in Australia, but if you want to watch it all, you can't go to one place. The UFC main event PPV matches attract the most interest. If you want to watch those, you'll need to use Kayo Sports, Foxtel Now, or a Foxtel set-top box. While you don't need a subscription to order PPV matches with any of those DAZN-owned services, those main event UFC bouts do cost $59.95 per event.
Without a Kayo subscription, you've got four days of access to the rest of Kayo's sports catalogue, whether you want to watch or rewatch the PPV or anything else on offer. After those four days on Kayo Sports (or an unclear time for Foxtel Now), you'll need a subscription to keep watching. Kayo Standard costs $30 per month for a single HD stream, while Kayo Premium costs $40 per month for two simultaneous streams in up to 4K resolution.
As of January 2026, Paramount Plus became an exclusive destination for every UFC Fight Night, both live and on-demand. While the prelim fights are included in a Paramount Plus subscription, don't be caught out when it comes to the main cards which are not included, unlike in the US.
Yes. Paramount Plus offers new customers a seven-day free trial.
If you want to lock in a reduced price for Paramount Plus that'll last a little longer, check out our Paramount Plus deals guide for an updated list of price-slashing discounts.
Foxtel Now has a 10-day trial for new customers. After that, prices start at $35 per month for the Starter bundle. For live sports streaming, you'll either need the Foxtel Now Sports + Movies bundle for $84 per month or the Foxtel Now Ultimate bundle for $104 per month. Traditional Foxtel with an IQ set-top box starts at $78 per month for Foxtel Plus.
Alternatively, pay $103 a month for Movies, $108 a month for Sports, $133 a month for Sports + Movies, or $150 for Foxtel Platinum Plus. You can get those last four Foxtel options cheaper with a 12-month contract for $69, $69, $84, and $99 monthly fees, respectively.

Where can I stream UFC Fight Nights?
From 2026, UFC Fight Nights will be included with a Paramount Plus subscription. While you'll still need to purchase each UFC PPV from a Foxtel service for the main fights, the UFC agreement with Paramount also covers the preliminary card bouts for those numbered UFC PPV events.
There are three different subscription tiers for Paramount Plus. Pay $7.99 a month or $70.99 a year for ad-supported Paramount Plus Basic, which has one stream at 1080p resolution. For two ad-free streams at Full HD resolution, Paramount Plus Standard is either a $12.99 monthly fee or a $115.99 annual fee. For 4K, Paramount Plus Premium costs $17.99 a month or $159.99 for an annual subscription.
If your main focus is UFC without the Paramount pluses, you can buy a UFC Fight Pass instead for $11.99 per month or $23.99 per quarter. UFC Fight Pass is effectively the same content as what's on Paramount Plus, albeit you also get access to the UFC Fight Library plus other "live martial arts events from around the world".
For free UFC PPV fights, head over to a generous mate's place or hit up your local pub or bar that plays sports. While it was unclear which content was included at the time of writing, there will be "select live UFC events on free-to-air television via Network 10", which assumedly includes 10play.
UFC fight events explained
Pay-per-view (PPV) main events are the big UFC drawcard, which typically throwdown once or twice a month.
There are also UFC Fight Nights, which duke it out two or three times a month. If you're only interested in UFC PPV or UFC Fight Nights, that simplifies your options. But if you want to watch all things UFC, you'll need to jump between at least a couple of different places. Scroll on for how to watch UFC in Australia.
What is Kayo Sports?
Kayo Sports is a standalone version of the Sports add-on for Foxtel Now. With a Kayo Sport subscription, you'll get access to the greatest number of sports in Australia, including AFL, NRL, cricket, tennis, and American sports like NFL, basketball, and baseball. The big disclaimer is that DAZN is now the owner of Foxtel, so it's anticipated that Kayo content will eventually shift to DAZN.
How does Kayo Sports compare?
Kayo is still the best sports streaming service in Australia if you're after a quantity of popular sports. While the price keeps creeping up, Kayo is the only place to watch the vast majority of AFL, NRL, and cricket matches in Australia.
It's improved since launch, offering a mix of live channels – including dedicated options for popular sports – individually highlighted live matches and replays. For popular sports, the replays are typically available as full matches or shorter 'Minis' (highlights packages). If you miss a live match that you're keen to experience fresh, Kayo has a no-spoilers toggle that's well worth enabling. Alternatively, skip to key match moments on longer replays.
Most Kayo content streams at Full HD resolution, but more 4K content is appearing for Kayo Premium subscribers, most notably for AFL and NRL matches. Like Netflix and other entertainment streaming services, Kayo also offers use profiles, which helps personalise the sports you're being fed on the homepage. And if you've got a compatible device, Kayo also offers SplitView so you can stream multiple sports at the same time on the one screen.

Editor's pick: Great NBN 100 plans for streaming
Kayo Sports and Paramount Plus both need up to 25Mbps of available download speed to stream at 4K resolution. Because you can stream to multiple devices with the highest-tier respective subscriptions, we recommend using an NBN 100 plan as a minimum for sports streaming at home in up to 4K fidelity (even if UFC fights are rarely broadcast at 4K resolution).
Check out popular NBN 100 plans from our database that'll comfortably work with Kayo Sports and Paramount Plus:
Is Kayo Sports compatible with my device?
Kayo Sports has a good selection of compatible streaming devices, but it doesn't support every platform. For a full breakdown of device compatibility on sports streaming services in Australia, check out the table below:
