Update (May 2026) - Kayo Sports $1 for 1 month deal is back. For a limited time, new customers can get their first month of Kayo Sports Premium for $1 (usually $45.99). You can cancel any time but if you don't cancel before your first month is up you will be automatically charged the full $45.99 every month after. Kayo Sports Premium gets you up to 4K streaming on two devices at once.
Sport streaming fans can sign up to a Kayo Premium subscription and get the first month for just $1.
The offer is only available for new customers, and only for a limited time (though there aren’t any details on just how limited it is). After the first month, the subscription auto-renews at $45.99 per month until cancelled.
The service is one of the most popular options for sports streaming in Australia, competing with the likes of Disney Plus' ESPN content and Foxtel’s Sport Pack – that said, given Kayo is owned by Foxtel, “competing” might be the wrong word here.
Before you click buy, you could instead opt for Kayo’s normal intro offer, which is a seven-day free trial. This is also only available to new customers and includes the Standard and Premium subscriptions. But given it’s only $1 more for a full month, you might get more of a chance to try the service out properly before giving it the thumbs up or down.
Here’s a look at Kayo’s current subscriptions. Click through to visit Kayo’s website and grab the $1 deal for new customers (the first month for $1 offer is automatically applied):
The two subscription options only differ by the number of streams you can have going at once, and the maximum video resolution you can stream at.
Kayo Standard is $29.99 per month, and allows one device at a time to stream HD video (keep in mind, “HD” has a broad definition that can go as low as 720p or as high as 1080p).
Kayo Premium is $45.99 per month and allows two simultaneous streams at up to 4K resolution.
Both subscription tiers give you access to more than 50 sports live and on demand, including AFL, Cricket, Formula 1, Netball, NRL and the MLB World Series.
You can watch Kayo on a smartphone or tablet, or stream it to your TV via Apple TV, Chromecast, Fire TV, Google TV, PlayStation, or a compatible smart TV app.
